If, for any reason, a condo owner(s) does not wish to rent out the condo, then he/she/they are not obliged to do so.
• Whenever you are not occupying your condo, the condo can become part of the Royal Palm Condos Owners’ Association’s rental program which rents out the condos to tourists.
• It is also possible to rent out your condo on a long-term basis. Long term rentals of six months or more do not require a hoteliers licence.
